MKJ – Jewellers create only the highest quality products and very carefully inspects them before dispatching.

RETURN POLICY:

Condition:
Discounted items / items purchased on sale will not be returned
Only products with manufacturing defects are accepted as returns from customers. Such items’ paid amount is completely refunded
Product returns are accepted only if the item is reported to our sales representative to have a manufacturing defect within 1 day of receiving that particular product

Procedure:
Product’s picture will be shared with our sales rep through our Fan Page INBOX messenger (www.facebook.com/MKJjewelleryOfficial) or WhatsApp +92 321 7511641
Product will be shipped to us by the customer in its original packing and all the contents including warranty card within 1 day of receiving it
We will examine the customer claim and decide on whether the claim is valid or not. If the claim is valid, the amount will be refunded within 15 working days to the customer

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Condition:
Discounted items / items purchased on sale will not be exchanged

Items can be exchanged within 2 days of receiving them

Procedure:
Customer will contact our sales rep through our Fan Page INBOX messenger (www.facebook.com/MKJjewelleryOfficial) or WhatsApp +92 321 7511641. Product will be shipped to us by the customer in its original packing and all the contents including warranty card within 1 day of receiving it
We will examine the product and respond to the customer accordingly
